Consistency
Each year our coffees have the same basic profile. All coffees are clean and sweet with very low defect count.
Traceability
We know exactly where the coffee trees are and where, how and by whom the coffee is processed.
Scalability
Depending on the farm, some coffees are scalable to 400 tons a year. Micro-lot production is growing.
Sustainability
We strive to bring fairness to the value chain. Everybody should reap the benefits from coffees that are grown, process and exported within our network.
